Shree Birendra Hospital, Chhauni

Form Fee:

For Rastra Patra Pratham level Rs 1500, For Ra. Pa second level Rs 1200, For Rastra Patra Third level Rs 1000, Rastra Patra anankit first and second level Rs 400 and for Non-grading Rs 100 only.

Deadline of form submission: 2079/06/02 till 4 pm

Documents to be submitted:

1. Curriculum vitae.
2. A copy of the Citizenship certificate.
3.  Minimum Qualifications for the respective positions.
4. A copy of the Training, experience, and other certificates.
5. Certificate of health certified by the Nepal Government. 
6. 2 Passport size photos and Rs 10 postal card.

Selections Process:

1.   Shortlist, written exam, practical exam, and interview.
2.  Exam type will be both English and Nepali medium according to necessity.
